Howard is an experienced global finance executive with over 20 years in the CRO Industry. Howard joined Allucent in July 2023 as VP of Finance. Prior to joining Allucent Howard served as VP of Early Phase Finance for ICON and previously made significant contributions to Cenduit (now an IQVIA business), PRA Health Sciences, and PPD, where he held senior leadership positions in global finance and accounting. Howard’s experience in helping companies succeed during periods of hypergrowth is invaluable as Allucent continues its strong growth momentum. Howard holds an MBA from Campbell University, and a BA Accounting from North Carolina State University.
